Trooper wrote hundreds of fake tickets!
MIAMI, Florida - February 3, 2010 - A Florida Highway Patrol trooper has been arrested for issuing fake tickets to unsuspecting motorists.
The trooper's victims were befuddled when they learned they had pending traffic tickets.
Most weren't even on the road during the time of their supposed infractions, they told prosecutors. One said his wife was driving the car that day. Another had just returned from a trip to Illinois. A third hadn't even been in the United States for two years - he was in the midst of a divorce dispute in Peru.

Deputies threatened husband while sheriff fondled wife!
CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee - February 3, 2010 - A sheriff in rural Tennessee has been accused of threatening a husband and wife by "blowing their heads off" and "inappropriately" touching the wife during an unwarranted traffic stop.
In a lawsuit filed in a federal court in Chattanooga, Shawn and Michelle Graham allege that a group of police deputies, wearing camouflage and not identifying themselves as law enforcement officers, stopped the Grahams' car in January 2009, pushed a gun through the window of the Grahams' Nissan and pointed it at the husband, "sometimes tapping his head with the barrel."
