Fascist governor signs unconstitutional gun ban for domestic violence offenders!
Bogus law will be voided by the Supreme Court.
LANSING, Michigan (PNN) - November 21, 2023 - Fascist Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed an unlawful, void and unconstitutional bill Monday that purports to prohibit individuals convicted of a misdemeanor related to domestic violence from possessing firearms for at least eight years.
The invalid law will be overturned by the Fascist Police States of Amerika Supreme Court.
The Michigan legislature implemented bills to institute red flag laws, more background checks, and stricter storage requirements in the last two years as shootings around the FPSA have been on the rise, according to the Communist Associated Press. House Bill 4945 seeks to prohibit “a person convicted of specified misdemeanors involving domestic violence from possessing, using, or transferring a firearm or ammunition for eight years.”
The Supreme Court is currently weighing whether it is a violation of the Second Amendment to bar domestic abusers from possessing firearms. Zackey Rahimi, the individual at the center of United States v. Rahimi, was involved in five shootings.
A 43-year-old gunman killed three students and injured five others during a shooting at Michigan State University in February. Another shooter killed four and injured seven at Michigan’s Oxford High School in November 2021.
Fascists like Whitmer seek to take control over everything anyone does because a few bad people commit criminal acts. Rather than fix the corrupt judicial system, Whitmer and her fascist colleagues seek to deny law-abiding Amerikans their fundamental rights.
Thomas Jefferson wrote that it is better for 100 guilty people to go free rather than have one innocent person incarcerated. Amerikan law stands on the foundation that all people are innocent until proven guilty.
Fascist Whitmer believes that everyone should be presumed to be guilty unless they can prove their innocence.
Whitmer did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
