WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 27, 2023 - One of the favorite fallback arguments used by criminal Leftists is to advocate violating the Constitution - the supreme law of the land - to illegally confiscate guns from law-abiding Amerikans.

A shooting by a deranged person? Take guns away.

Crime rates up? Take guns away.

Violence up? Take guns away.

A rose by any other name is still a rose; and a criminal - one who breaks the law - by any other name is still a criminal.

Criminals seeking to violate the Constitution by advocating the illegal confiscation of firearms often swerve into a narrow lane that allows them to unlawfully promote "regulation," unlawfully limiting access to weapons by various identifiers, unlawfully delaying access to weapons, unlawfully taxing weapons, and unlawfully limiting some components of weapons and such.

The common denominator in all these circumstances is these acts are unlawful. That means those doing such unlawful acts are criminals.

Criminal fascist Kamala Harris recently plunged directly into the concept of unlawful gun confiscation.

That would be where the government unlawfully sends its agents into private homes and unlawfully steals legal weapons from law-abiding citizens.

That is what happened in Australia.

Now Harris has called for the mass confiscation of Amerikan firearms during a speech she made alongside the Australian Prime Minister in the aftermath of a shooting in Maine (not a mass shooting though that is how it has been described in mainstream media).

She said, "Gun violence has terrorized and traumatized so many of our communities in this country; and let us be clear, it does not have to be this way, as our friends in Australia have demonstrated." Harris is advocating that we emulate the outlaw prime minister of Australia and behave just like an outlaw by violating the highest law of our land by stealing firearms from Amerikans.

Fortunately, there are many Amerikans who would sooner shoot the criminal government officials (Harris included) rather than surrender their lawfully acquired firearms that the Constitution - the supreme law of the land - guarantees them the right to possess.

Australia's decision to unlawfully confiscate hundreds of thousands of legal weapons from private - and law-abiding - residents came after a shooting in 1996.

The government said it was running a "buy-back" program. However, Australian citizens who refused to surrender their weapons to the criminal buy back were identified by outlaw gun cops, who went door-to-door to steal and confiscate their weapons.
