LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - July 6, 2022 - A plan to mandate COVID-19 “vaccine” shots for hundreds of thousands of students in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) will remain on pause after a Los Angeles County judge ruled on July 5 that the district lacks the authority to do so.

In his ruling, Judge Mitchell Beckloff of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County sided with a parent, whose 12-year-old son attends a public magnet school in North Hollywood. The parent filed the complaint in October 2021, about a month after the LAUSD announced its vaccination mandate.

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (PNN) - July 4, 2022 - According to a recent ruling by an Uruguayan judge, the government and the pharmaceutical company Pfizer must provide all the information they have on the COVID “vaccine”’s biochemical composition, including any evidence of “graphene oxide” or “nanotechnological elements,” as well as proof of the “vaccine”’s efficacy and safety.

Administrative Litigation Court (TCA) Judge Alejandro Recarey made the order in response to a request to suspend the immunization of children from 5 years of age in Uruguay.

According to the court order released on Saturday, Judge Recarey ordered the Presidency, the Ministry of Public Health, the State Health Services Administration (ASSE), and Pfizer to present all the information on COVID-19 “vaccines” within 48 hours.

A hearing will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 am where representatives of all the agencies and the company must appear.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - June 28, 2022 - The Fascist Police States of Amerika Supreme Court said Monday that a high school football coach who knelt and prayed on the field after games was protected by the Constitution, a decision that opponents said would open the door to “much more coercive prayer” in public schools.

The Court ruled 6-3 for the coach with the conservative justices in the majority and the liberals in dissent. The case was the latest in a line of rulings for religious plaintiffs.

PIERRE, South Dakota (PNN) - June 27, 2022 - South Dakota is an abortion-free state. The only abortion business that recently was selling abortions in the state was in Sioux Falls, and it closed.

But that doesn't mean the state isn't keenly aware of the Supreme Court's decision in a Missouri case to end the artificially created constitutional "right" to abortion in Roe v. Wade.

In fact, Governor Kristi Noem, who steadfastly opposed abortion in her state, told Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan that her state will charge doctors who violate the abortion ban.

The court overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade court case that had enshrined a federal right to abortion in the Fascist Police States of Amerika.
