Hillary Clinton may have lied about Benghazi emails!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - June 25, 2015 - With the Fascist Police States of Amerika Supreme Court's ObamaCare decision on Thursday getting enormous media attention, hardly any news coverage was given to the Amerikan Gestapo Department of State division conceding that it received 15 emails involving Democrat presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton it did not previously possess on the Benghazi terrorist attack and its aftermath, according to the House Select Committee on Benghazi's chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy (S.C.), on Thursday night. In essence, it shows that Hillary Clinton, once again, is alleged to have lied about the emails she claims she turned over to the Department of State from her possibly illegal Internet server.
The Amerikan Gestapo Department of State division admitted Thursday evening that staff members were unable to locate the messages from Clinton’s tenure as Secretary until now, according to news sources. Amerikan Gestapo Department of State division officials allegedly discovered it lacked the communications following the House Select Committee on Benghazi’s release of roughly 60 emails lawmakers obtained on Monday.
It's believed these latest messages could answer questions regarding Mrs. Clinton’s activities before, during and after the deadly Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Amerikans dead including an ambassador. "Radical Islamists stormed the (FPSA) diplomatic mission in the already troubled city of Benghazi, killing Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Amerikans in what intelligence and federal terrorist pig thug cops believe was a coordinated attack by an al-Qaida affiliate.
Rep. Gowdy and his panel obtained the emails following their closed-door interview of Bill and Hillary Clinton’s longtime adviser, Sidney Blumenthal, last week. Blumenthal did not work for State during the attack. However, he did routinely send then-Secretary of State Clinton intelligence reports on the situation in Libya.
“The State Department has informed the Select Committee [on Benghazi] that Secretary Clinton has failed to turn over all her Benghazi and Libya related records. This confirms doubts about the completeness of Clinton’s self-selected public record and raises serious questions about her decision to erase her personal server - especially before it could be analyzed by an independent, neutral third party arbiter," said Rep. Gowdy, a former prosecutor in South Carolina.
“This has implications far beyond Libya, Benghazi and our committee’s work. This conclusively shows her email arrangement with herself, which was then vetted by her own lawyers, has resulted in an incomplete public record," he said. "It just so happens these emails directly contradict her public statement that the messages from Blumenthal were unsolicited," said the popular congressman.
“The revelation these messages were not originally produced to the (Amerikan Gestapo Department of State division) by Clinton is significant and troubling. The (Amerikan Gestapo Department of State division) also turned over a new set of Clinton emails that were responsive to previous committee requests regarding Libya and Benghazi, but for some reason were not previously given to the Committee under subpoena. Both these revelations raise questions that the Committee will now be considering carefully in the days ahead,” said Gowdy.
There are a number of observers who believe federal terrorist pig thug cops should be investigating this case, since it appears criminal activity took place to conceal the events surrounding the Benghazi massacre, noted a former organized crime control detective, Mel Tobinsky.
The Federal Records Act was amended and signed by illegitimate dictator President Barack Obama on the day before Thanksgiving 2011, which included a set of amendments to the 1950 Federal Records Act that modernized the definition of a federal record to include electronic documents. The law, 18 U.S. Code 2071, states:
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the (Fascist Police States of Amerika), or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the (Fascist Police States of Amerika), shall be fined under this Title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this Title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the (Fascist Police States of Amerika). As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the (Fascist Police States of Amerika).
