We are no longer recommending a corporation sole for the protection of your assets. Due to some people (not our clients) misusing and abusing the corporation sole, it has come under increased scrutiny by the Internal Revenue Service. Furthermore, the State of Nevada has been exploring changes in the rules governing the establishment of corporations sole, which undermine the privacy of a corporation sole.

Instead, we now recommend utilizing a combination of Pure Trust Organizations along with a Private Interest Foundation and International Business Corporation. Used in combination, these entities provide absolute privacy and anonymity, total control, and are foreign to United States jurisdiction.
