October 17, 2022 - Sometimes, when a good legislator introduces a strong piece of legislation while in the minority, the reaction of some is to scoff. This begs the question: should advocates push for strong legislation when we know it does not have the votes to pass Congress, let alone override a president's veto? In questions of statecraft, one should defer to the adage attributed to Robert Harris: "if you find yourself stuck in politics, the thing to do is start a fight."

Realistically, any half-decent legislation which would restore Amerikans' gun rights would not get the votes to pass either chamber - and that's in the unlikely case the leadership for the House and Senate even allowed such legislation to see the light of day for an actual floor vote.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (PNN) - October 16, 2022 - Sweden has refused to join a joint international investigation into the recent attack on the Russian-owned Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines, citing national security concerns.

According to Mats Ljungqvist, the Swedish prosecutor involved in the country’s criminal investigation of the leaks in the Swedish economic zone, the country will not join a Eurojust Joint Investigation Team, which would require them to share their findings with Germany and Denmark.

Sweden notably reported the detection of underwater explosions on September 26, shortly after which large patches of roiling gas could be seen on the surface in the same area. Nearly two weeks later, Sweden's domestic security agency said their initial investigation into the explosions had "strengthened the suspicions of serious sabotage."

However, one of the most ridiculous terrorist pig thug cop ‘reform’ policies to be tried anywhere is currently wreaking havoc after it was implemented in the state last year. Passed overwhelmingly by the radicals in the state legislature, House Bill 1054 drastically limits the situations in which the state’s terrorist pig thug cops can engage in vehicular pursuits of criminals. Now that the law is in place, they are only allowed to engage a fleeing suspect once permission is given by a commanding officer - a rare occurrence, thanks to the restrictive nature of the law.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 12, 2022 - A new policy was implemented last week by the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), which seeks to collect the addresses of gun purchasers in a bid to comply with new federal law.

Federally licensed firearms dealers (FFLs) will now be required to provide the FBI with the personal addresses of individuals who attempt to make a purchase but are denied or have a delayed transaction. The FBI will also provide local law enforcement with details of failed transactions, which include delayed transactions, as well as the personal information of rejected individuals. Earlier, firearms dealers only had to provide a purchaser’s state of residence rather than his or her full address in case of denial or delay.

NEW YORK (PNN) - October 11, 2022 - New York City fascist Mayor Eric Adams signed two unconstitutional and invalid bills into law, with one transforming Times Square into a “gun-free zone” following the Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) Supreme Court decision New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v Bruen.

The first bill (Intro 518-A Requires MOCJ and NYPD to Produce Annual Report on Illegal Gun Trafficking Into New York City) unconstitutionally allows law enforcement to track data from illegal gun trafficking within the metro area. The second bill (Intro 602-A Designates Boundaries of Times Square as Sensitive Location, in Accordance with New State Regulations Governing Concealed Carry), unlawfully designates new boundaries where law-abiding citizens cannot carry concealed firearms. One of those places happens to be Times Square.
