FLOWER MOUND, Texas – June 9, 2009 - Police arrested and charged a 10-year-old girl for fighting with her 13-year-old sister in a park.

According to the elder sibling, “She pushed me, so I just walked away from it. The third time she pushed me, we just started fighting.”

The fight is being treated as a case of family violence by the Flower Mound police. The 10-year-old has been charged with Class A misdemeanor assault.

Lt. Clay Pierce of the Flower Mound Police Department said, “By state law we are required to take action and what we did, we detained the youngest one. Both of them had some injuries. The one showed more serious injuries, so the other one was detained.”

Ed. Note: Oh, come on now people! You have not one iota of freedom left in the Fascist States of Amerika. Your children cannot be children, you cannot have any disagreements with anyone, and God forbid you ever offend another person. Please call and voice your thoughts and feelings at this disproportionate reaction to children being children. Express your concerns that Amerikan children can no longer enjoy their childhoods. Put the fear of the People into these members of the Amerikan Gestapo. Find out where the police chief lives and demand that he either suspend without pay the disgusting cop who arrested a ten-year-old child or threaten him with consequences for inaction!
