Socialistic Strategies: South Carolina city considering smoking ban!
CAMDEN, South Carolina - July 8, 2008 - The town of Camden
is considering an ordinance mandating smoke-free workplaces.
The ordinance is expected to have its first reading during a public hearing at Tuesday night's city council meeting.
Columbia City Council passed a similar ordinance in June banning people from smoking inside of public buildings such as restaurants starting October 1st.
Ed. Note: When is enough, enough! Cigarette, cigar and pipe tobacco are all legal substances! Nobody has any right to ban legal substances from public places! Non-smokers, especially, should protest this affront to freedom. Unfortunately, the American people are more concerned with their own personal comfort or discomfort than the health and well being of their society. That is why America and the American spirit have died. The American people have abandoned them.
