WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 9, 2022 - A leading Russiagate investigator is raising expectations for next week's trial in special counsel John Durham's investigation looking for misconduct in the FBI's Trump-Russia inquiry.

Kash Patel, a former top House Intelligence Committee aide and President Donald Trump regime official, made a prediction based on Durham’s claim in court that the alleged source for disgraced former British spy Christopher Steele's infamous anti-Trump dossier was a paid confidential human source for the FBI.

Durham's prosecution will "explode" the FBI’s "confidential human source corruption coverup network" being used for, in his view, a "disinformation campaign to the (Amerikan) public," Patel said.

HOUSTON, Texas (PNN) - October 4, 2022 – I must give credit to Andrew L. Schlafly, who is the Counsel for the Association of Amerikan Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS). He wrote a powerful and to-the-point amicus curiae brief that was filed in Apter v. HHS, 3:22-cv-194 (JVB) (2022) in the Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In 12 pages he deconstructed the Food and Drug Administration’s campaign against ivermectin and in the process revealed that the FDA emperor has no clothes. The AAPS brief states, in pertinent part:

Defendant FDA has improperly exploited misunderstandings about the legality and prevalence of off-label uses of medication, in order to mislead courts, state medical boards, and the public into thinking there is anything improper about off-label prescribing. Not only is off-label prescribing fully proper, legal, and commonplace, but it is also absolutely necessary in order to give effective care to patients. It has never been proper for the FDA to interfere with that essential part of the practice of medicine, and the FDA knows it. Yet it has engaged in a campaign of interference with the proper use by physicians of ivermectin, which has long been approved as fully safe for human use.

NEW YORK (PNN) - October 7, 2022 - New York City Mayor Eric Adams has declared a state of emergency after the “sanctuary city” was unprepared to provide sanctuary to large numbers of migrants arriving from Texas and elsewhere.

On Friday, Adams said that since April, at least 17,000 asylum seekers have been bused to NYC from other parts of the country - and claimed that many of the migrants didn't realize they would end up in the Big Apple. “New York City officials have previously said they were not prepared to handle the influx of migrants. Adams requested federal assistance in August. He said the city has received an average of five to six buses per day since September, with at least nine arriving on Thursday.”

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - October 5, 2022 - The dramatic, if pointless and expensive, interlude of Elon Musk trying to sabotage his own (extremely overpriced) purchase of Twitter is finally over with Musk conceding to buy the social network at the original proposed price of $54.20.

So what's next? Will Musk keep Twitter as is, or will he burn it down, fire all its employees, and rebuild it from the ground up? Conveniently, Musk's Twitter-linked text messages, publicly released as part of the Twitter lawsuit legal disclosure, provide enough information for what Musk really wants in terms of a final product.

First, as stated in the following exchange with Valor CEO Antonio Gracias, Musk believes in free speech; so much so that he finds Russia Today "quite entertaining" with "lots of BS but some good points too."

SACRAMENTO, Kalifornia (PNN) - October 3, 2022 - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear two cases this term on whether social media companies can be held financially responsible for hosting terrorist content.

The family of Nohemi Gonzalez, a 23-year-old Fascist Police States of Amerika citizen killed during a 2015 series of Islamic State terror attacks in Paris, sued YouTube parent company Google, arguing the video sharing site not only provided a platform for videos containing terrorist content, but also recommended the videos to users.

The family alleges that YouTube algorithms allowed “hundreds of radicalizing videos inciting violence and recruiting potential supporters” to be targeted to users of the platform.

MOSCOW, Russia (PNN) - September 30, 2022 - With the ink drying on the official annexation declarations newly signed by the heads of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions in Friday's historic ceremony - the key takeaway from President Vladimir Putin's lengthy speech is that he declared a "mission accomplished" of sorts. He said these eastern and southern provinces are now part of Russia forever. He even touted that the referenda were accomplished in line with the United Nations charter on self-determination for all peoples and vowed, "They have made their choice... this is the only path to peace. We will protect our land using all our forces and we will protect their security. We will of course rebuild all destroyed towns and continue building hospitals, theaters and schools."

A Florida sheriff said that there will be swift incarceration immediately with no tolerance.

FORT MYERS, Florida (PNN) - September 30, 2022 - Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a stern warning to those trying to take advantage of the victims of Hurricane Ian.

DeSantis made the comments Friday during a news conference in Fort Myers, Florida. He said that while visiting nearby Punta Gorda, he saw a boarded-up business with a sign that read, "You loot, we shoot."
