“Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, an outstanding person, will become Acting Attorney General,” Trump said.

A couple of weeks ago President Trump was asked if he had confidence in FPSA Attorney General Bill Barr after comments Barr made earlier this week on voter fraud.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - December 11, 2020 - Texas Republican Party Chairman Allen West suggested Friday that secession might be the answer for pro-Trump states.

The Supreme Court announced Friday it won’t hear a lawsuit by the state of Texas that sought to overturn Democrat Joseph R. Biden’s victories in four swing states.

CANBERRA, Australia (PNN) - December 11, 2020 - The Australian government has canceled further development of a COVID-19 vaccine after several trial participants had false positive tests for HIV. The vaccine was being developed by the University of Queensland, while Australian biotech company CSL Limited had been under contract to provide 51 million doses. The vaccine had been on schedule for mid-2021, with phase two and three clinical trials due to commence in December.

On Friday, however, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that the “University of Queensland vaccine will not be able to proceed based on scientific advice, and that it will no longer feature as part of Australia’s vaccine plan,” adding, “I think the decision we’ve made today should give Australians great assurance that we are proceeding carefully, we are moving swiftly, but not with any undue haste here.”

ST. LOUIS, Missouri (PNN) - December 10, 2020 - A judge on Thursday cited improper fundraising emails by Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s campaign in disqualifying Gardner and her office from a gun case against Mark McCloskey, who along with his wife pointed firearms at trespassers outside their Central West End home in June.

Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II’s order said two fundraising emails that Gardner’s reelection campaign sent in response to political attacks before and after she charged Mark and Patricia McCloskey with felony gun crimes in July raised the appearance that she “initiated a criminal prosecution for political purposes”.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 9, 2020 - Should President Donald Trump suspend habeas corpus and declare a national emergency in order to stop the theft of the 2020 election? Retired Air Force General Thomas McInerney thinks so, arguing during a recent interview on the John Fredericks Show that Trump has legal options available to him should he choose to go that route.
