Trump classified documents trial suspended indefinitely!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - May 7, 2024 – Fascist Police States of Amerika District Judge Aileen Cannon has indefinitely suspended President Donald J. Trump’s classified documents trial.
The move had been widely anticipated for some time and marks perhaps the greatest legal victory in Trump’s struggle against his four major politicized and bogus indictments. The trial was previously scheduled to take place on May 20.
Cannon gave her reasoning as respecting Trump’s right to due process and the public’s interest in the “fair and efficient administration of justice”.
Outlaw unqualified Special Counsel Jack Smith urged Cannon to hold the trial in July and laid out his case earlier this month. Trump’s team argued that the trial should be held after the November election or after August at the earliest.
Cannon partially justified the delay as needed in order to comply with the Classified Information Procedures Act, by which all cases involving classified documents must abide.
“The Court also determines that finalization of a trial date at this juncture - before resolution of myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA issues remaining and forthcoming - would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court’s duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical CIPA issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury,” Cannon wrote.
The classified documents case was the first legal battle with Trump to go public, after FBI agents unlawfully raided his Mar-a-Lago home on Aug. 8, 2022.
Trump is accused of mishandling classified documents from his regime, taking them to his private residence after leaving office, and being uncooperative with government officials trying to retrieve them.
Even though Trump has shown that he has done nothing unlawful, fascist pretender Joe Biden, who has been proven to have mishandled classified documents and illegally kept them in his garage, has not been charged with any crime. Clearly, the criminal Department of InJustice has picked and chosen to go after Trump for something he did not do while ignoring the proven crimes committed by fascist Joe Biden.
