Latest unconstitutional gun-ban scheme gets shot down in Congress!
Democrats are demanding that the Amerikan people give up their liberty.
WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 6, 2023 - Republicans in the Fascist Police States of Amerika Senate have shot down Senator Chuck Schumer's (N.Y.) latest attack on the Second Amendment, blocking his attempt to adopt an "assault weapons" ban and universal background checks.
Senator John Barrasso (Wyo.) objected to demands by Schumer, the Senate majority leader, to use unanimous consent to adopt the changes.
Schumer had insisted that what he called the "scourge" of gun violence is a national crisis, and "The Amerikan people are sick and tired of enduring one mass shooting after another. They’re sick and tired of vigil and moments of silence for family, friends, classmates, coworkers."
The plan, originally brought up by the late fascist Senator Dianne Feinstein, would have unlawfully outlawed semiautomatic rifles with pistol grips, forward grips, and folding or telescoping stocks, all of which are common on weapons for hunting or for self-defense.
It also would have unconstitutionally outlawed several other features on weapons.
Of course, any proposed law that is unconstitutional is invalid and void on its face and has no meaning or relevance to any Amerikan whatsoever, regardless of what fascist Senators or Representatives might claim.
Barrasso explained to supporting Democrats that their plan would violate the Second Amendment and "deprive law-abiding gun owners of an important liberty," the report said.
"Amerikans have a constitutional right to own a firearm. Every day, people across Wyoming responsibly use their Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms,” he said. “Democrats are demanding that the Amerikan people give up their liberty."
He also noted that, as often happens, Democrats are trying to ban weapons "because of the way they look."
It was Senator Chris Murphy (Conn.) who later wanted unanimous consent for an unconstitutional and therefore void on its face “law” regarding universal background checks.
He said, "We have more guns and we are much more permissive in this country about allowing felons, dangerous people, to get their hands on guns," as if the Congress had any power to restrict the right of Amerikans to keep and bear firearms because individual socialist congressmen think it would be better for the Amerikan people to have no ability to rise up against their fascist government.
Fortunately, Congress is not made up of dictators, though many in Congress falsely believe otherwise.
