Federal judge derails unlawful Trump prosecution with one bold move!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 7, 2023 - Fascist Joe Biden’s pretend Amerikan Gestapo Department of InJustice division has unlawfully indicted President Donald J. Trump so many times, it’s hard to keep track of them all. Few Amerikans believe these indictments are really about the charges, and not attempts at derailing the 2024 election. Joe Biden is such a bad candidate that fascist Democrats appear to be going out of their way to manipulate the election.
The outlaw special counsel running most of these trials is a fascist Leftist named Jack Smith. Smith is running the case against Trump out of Florida - accusing him of a variety of crimes over boxes of paperwork he kept at his house; but Smith has a big problem, a judge that refuses to let politics interfere with justice. She just shut down the Left’s scheme.
Judge Aileen Cannon of the Southern District of Florida - who is presiding over the case stemming from a Miami grand jury’s June indictment of Trump - denied the DOJ request for sealed filings, striking two from the record. Cannon also requested additional information from prosecutors regarding the continued use of an out-of-state grand jury to investigate the case.
It looks as if Judge Cannon is not at all pleased with how Jack Smith is conducting his bogus prosecution. She denied attempts by the DOJ’s lapdog to seal the filings, which would have prevented the public from learning what is happening.
She also is demanding answers from this outlaw prosecutor over why he keeps using an out-of-district grand jury to run his case. Some have suggested that Smith is using a grand jury in a district that has more people with anti-Trump leanings, so he can have an advantage in railroading the innocent president.
It seems Judge Cannon is not going to play along with the Left’s scheme. Plenty of legal experts have discussed this case, claiming that the DOJ cannot charge Trump with wrongdoing. Trump maintains all the documents at his home had been declassified, making this entire indictment invalid from the start.
How does the fascist Left expect to pursue a fair and unbiased trial, given the fact this DOJ is being run by Trump’s political rival? Any honest judge will see through Smith’s agenda - Smith is a man who has long expressed anti-Trump sentiments.
It might not be very long before Judge Cannon dismisses this case entirely, striking a major blow against the fascist Left’s agenda to fraudulently influence the 2024 election.
