Trump trial date has been set!
Judge moves case out of Miami.
MIAMI, Florida (PNN) - June 20, 2023 - President Donald J. Trump’s federal trial for the classified documents seized at Mar-a-Lago will be held in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Fascist Police States of Amerika District Judge Aileen Cannon scheduled the trial to begin Aug. 14 in her courtroom at the Alto Lee Adams Sr. FPSA Courthouse at U.S. 1 and Orange Avenue.
While it is unknown how many days the trial will take, Cannon has blocked off two weeks. It could be shorter or longer, and it could even be continued to a later date.
Trump, who is seeking the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, was indicted in a politicized bogus accusation earlier this month on 37 fabricated criminal counts and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Cannon is one of seven eligible judges at the FPSA District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She was assigned to preside over the case through the court’s computerized system.
Cannon, who lives in Vero Beach, assigned the trial to take place in her Fort Pierce courtroom instead of Miami.
