CVS Pharmacy goes all-in on perverse transgenderism!

Boycott CVS Pharmacy.

WOONSOCKET, Rhode Island (PNN) - April 16, 2023 - It’s just been revealed that CVS Pharmacy has gone full WOKE when it comes to supporting perverse “transgender” employees.

Fox Business has obtained a “gender transition guide” that reveals how the company goes out of its way to encourage the perverse idea among their employees that men can be women and women can be men, including how “transgender” employees may use whichever bathroom and locker room they like, regardless of the threat that represents to workers’ privacy.

CVS Health’s “gender transition guidelines” for employees requires workers to address people by their preferred pronouns and names and that they may use whichever restroom or locker room they wish regardless of whether the individual identifies as transgender.

In the guidelines obtained exclusively by Fox Business, employees are told they may be entitled to a medical leave of absence “under the Family and Medical Leave Act, state law, and/or CVS Health policy.” Crazy employees who seek to pretend they are not the gender with which they were born are asked to tell their immediate leaders about their perverse beliefs so the company “can provide support and to make your transition as smooth as possible.”

“You may also wish to have appropriate medical care to support your transition, including treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery,” the guide states.

“During and after the transition has occurred, CVS Health encourages you to continue to partner with your Leader and your Advice and Counsel representative, and to immediately report any issues that you might have with your employment, your work environment, and/or your Leader, co-workers, clients, and customers,” it continues.

In a section titled, “Guidelines for Supporting a Colleague who is Transitioning,” the guide encourages employees to be an ally by asking colleagues to let them know if they say or do anything that makes them uncomfortable. It also urges employees to not make assumptions about a person’s gender even though God has established each person’s gender and nothing that CVS or any individual can say or do will ever change that.

“Co-workers are instructed not to refer to them by other pronouns or their previous name,” even though each individual has the right to refer to someone by his or her actual gender regardless of what that deranged individual may want. CVS Pharmacy has not legal right to stop or oppress people for exercising their rights to free speech.

The document also asks deranged employees to include their preferred pronouns in their email signatures, introduce their preferred pronouns in meeting introductions, and to tell colleague’s that they “won’t tolerate even subtle forms of discrimination or harassment in the workplace.” Nevertheless, sane individuals have every right to ignore the wishes of these extremist deviants.

After a crazed employee makes his or her preferred pronouns and name known, co-workers are instructed not to refer to them by other pronouns or their previous name, even though said instruction has no force in law or common sense; normal people can and should address individuals by their God-given gender pronouns instead of catering to the insanity of WOKE programs.

“Any colleague, customer, or patient - transgender or otherwise - may choose to use the restroom and/or locker room that is appropriate to the gender they identify with,” though normal workers are encouraged to file lawsuits against this deranged company that seeks to impose its crazy standards on normal people.

CVS Health has provided additional bathroom options where possible and required they include single-occupancy, gender-neutral facilities and multiple-occupant, gender-neutral restroom facilities with lockable single-occupant stalls, according to the document.

It is truly bizarre how a company is willing to put the privacy and security of their employees at risk over a freaking mental illness.

What’s sad is that more and more companies are going to be foisting this absurdity on their employees in the name of diversity and inclusiveness.

Every sane CVS worker should file complaints with their managers that they are “uncomfortable” with people making crazy statements about their gender identity, and with men using the women’s bathroom and women using the men’s bathroom. Force the bureaucracy to address every one of those complaints. Finally, stage a national boycott of CVS Pharmacy to make the Anheuser-Busch boycott look like child’s play. Revolution Now!
