Not a whisper of evidence to back up Biden's raped 10-year-old girl story!

WASHINGTON (PNN) - July 12, 2022 - There has been "not a whisper" of evidence found by the office of the Ohio attorney general to back up a story told by pretender Joe Biden in his campaign for abortion.

Biden, in lobbying for a restoration of the federal abortion "right" provided in the faulty and now-canceled Roe v. Wade opinion, claimed there was a tragic case of a raped 10-year-old girl who had to travel to another state to get an abortion because of the Supreme Court's decision to reverse Roe, and let states regulate abortion.

But a report in the Washington Examiner explained that Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost "said his office has not found any evidence of a 10-year-old rape victim in the state who, according to a report cited by Joe Biden, was six weeks pregnant and traveled to Indiana to receive an abortion."

In fact, Yost confirmed there's been "not a whisper" regarding the case if there was one; and in Ohio, any suspicion of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse or neglect of a child, under state law, must be reported.

"We have regular contact with prosecutors and local (cops) and sheriffs. Not a whisper anywhere. Something maybe even more telling; my office runs the state crime lab. Any case like this, you're going to have a rape kit, you're going to have biological evidence," Yost said. "There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this."

The claim apparently originated in the Indianapolis Star, which cited the case of a 10-year-old denied an abortion in Ohio. She then traveled to Indian, the report said.

"Part of the story focused on an Ohio doctor who called an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist for help. The 10-year-old was said to be six weeks and three days pregnant," the Examiner said.

"Now, the doctor in Indiana isn't in our jurisdiction. Obviously, we don't know who the originating doctor in Ohio was, if he or she even exists, but the bottom line is, it is a crime if you're a mandated reporter to fail to report," Yost warned.

Further, Yost said Ohio's abortion limits do include exemptions for various circumstances, such as life endangerment.

"This young girl, if she exists and if this horrible thing actually happened to her, breaks my heart to think about it. She did not have to leave Ohio to find treatment," Yost said.

Last week, Biden used the story for his political agenda of promoting abortion and securing its legality all across the Fascist Police States of Amerika.

Biden claimed, "She was forced to have to travel out of the state to Indiana to seek to terminate the pregnancy and maybe save her life. Ten years old - 10 years old - raped, six weeks pregnant, already traumatized, was forced to travel to another state."

The report noted, too, that several fact-checking sites have been unable to corroborate the story.

This is being viewed as a possible disinformation campaign.

Primetime decided to investigate this alleged child rape, but quickly found out that authorities in Ohio haven't even begun a criminal investigation into the rape. This doesn't make any sense. No one reported this child rape to law enforcement?

The Washington Post is digging into this, too. Under Ohio law, a physician as mandated under Ohio, revised code 2151.421 would be required to report any case of known or suspected physical, sexual or emotional abuse or neglect of a child to the local child welfare or law enforcement agency. But no one has found any evidence that this child rape was reported to law enforcement or any child welfare system, and neither has the Washington Post. Furthermore, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office said they couldn't find any evidence of investigation or charges being filed anywhere in their state.

All of the abortion clinics in Ohio were called to see if they filed the police report about a 10-year-old being raped. None of the abortion providers in Ohio could provide any useful information. You would think the story of a sexual abuser roaming free assaulting 10-year-olds would raise quite a few concerns in small town Ohio, but no one seems to be doing anything about it.

The only source for this entire story is Dr. Caitlin Bernard, the abortion doctor in Indiana.

But she doesn't have anything to say to media outlets.

The story Biden told came from a single source, Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Caitlan Bernard. Bernard told the Indianapolis Star on July 1 that she had received a phone call from a child abuse doctor in Ohio, who said he had a 10-year-old patient who needed an abortion. Bernard said the call came three days after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, which triggered an Ohio law that banned abortion after six weeks. The child in question happened to be exactly six weeks and three days pregnant, meaning her pregnancy allegedly lined up perfectly with the overturning of Roe. Bernard told the Star that the young girl traveled to Indiana to obtain an abortion.

No one else has been able to verify any of Bernard’s story. The name of the alleged child abuse doctor is still unknown, the city or county where it was alleged to have happened has not been named, and there is no confirmation anywhere that the case was reported to law enforcement or is being investigated.
