Chuck Schumer wants story banned from the Internet!
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Kalifornia (PNN) - December 4, 2018 - It’s not your imagination. This isn’t the stuff of tinfoil-hatted conspiracy theorists, either. Newly uncovered documents prove that tech-giants like Google really are trying to rig the next presidential election.
They want to comb out conservative stories like this from its search results in favor of establishment Democrats like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (N.Y.). Or Nancy Pelosi (Kalif.). Or Maxine Waters (Tex.).
Anyone except information that could help conservative lawmakers; and the company’s own internal communications show it has gotten so bad the search engine giant has openly discussed censoring the stories Amerikan voters see, and labeling ones they don’t like as lies.
Google execs think that tweaking your news feed and waiting for decades of uncontrolled immigration to kick in are enough to give Democrat leaders like Schumer a lock on national elections forever.
“Let’s make sure that we reverse things in four years - demographics will be on our side,” wrote Google engineer Scott Byer in a message sent the day after the 2016 presidential election.
He said that the voters had been too easily distracted by “loud noises” and “false equivalencies”.
“Google, sadly, had a hand in it,” Byer wrote.
Byer complained that Google’s election search results let “items from opinion blogs (Breitbart, Daily Caller)” be “elevated next to legitimate news organizations.”
“That’s something that can and should be fixed,” he told his fellow Google employees. Of course, CNN and liberal propaganda would be allowed - just not conservative opinion.
Since Google gave you the choice to read information from a conservative viewpoint, you got to make up your own mind… and Byer wrote that Google has “a responsibility” to attack “the quality and truthfulness” of conservative news sites like The Horn.
In other words, Byer recommended that Google censor sources that don’t support Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and the liberal establishment.
Google big wigs don’t think you’re smart enough to know real news from propaganda, and they want to “re-educate” you, according to Google engineer Mike Brauwerman.
Since more than 90% of all Internet searches go through Google or its subsidiary, YouTube, blocking conservative sites would be a virtual blackout… and that’s just the way Byer likes it.
A hidden video from the same week - which just came to light this fall - caught Google’s leadership, including co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, mourning Donald Trump’s victory… and promising to change things in four years.
They tried to enlist themselves in the anti-Trump Resistance.
After Trump banned immigration from terrorist states, Google tried to warp news coverage to turn the public against him.
A manager said Google launched “a large brainstorm” in January 2017 about how they could “actively counter algorithmically biased results” that favored Trump’s common-sense measures.
“We’re absolutely in,” another product manager responded.
Just changing one story would be too small. So the search engine titan briefly launched a “fact-check” function aimed almost 100% at right-of-center websites. But it closed that down this January after a series of embarrassing factual errors.
This is the organization that wants to tell you which news sources are legit.
Donald Trump promised to fight back against Google’s left-wing bias in August, calling liberal censorship a “very serious situation” that “will be addressed”.
The good news is, even some self-identified leftists inside Google opposed the idea.
“I’m a Hillary supporter and let’s admit it, the media avoided dealing with the hard questions and issues,” wrote Google engineer Uri Dekel.
Looking down on right-leaning outlets is “partially what got us into this mess,” he continued.
“MSNBC is not more legit than Drudge just because Rachel Maddow may be more educated/less deplorable/closer to our views than Sean Hannity,” he wrote.
Besides, he thought openly silencing conservatives would only wake them up to Google’s massive power and influence.
“By ranking ‘legitimacy’ you’ll just introduce more conspiracy theories,” Dekel said.
Dekel missed something. These aren’t “conspiracy theories” - they’re facts.
In fact, he was there while his own colleagues plotted, in secret, to suppress information sources they don’t like in order to change the outcome of the next presidential election.
The real election meddling isn’t in Russia - it’s in Silicon Valley, and it’s Left Wing all the way.
