Russia aims to cut dependence on FPSA payment systems!
MOSCOW, Russia (PNN) - August 7, 2017 - Russia will speed up work on reducing its dependence on Fascist Police States of Amerika payment systems and the dollar as a settling currency in response to FPSA sanctions, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov. "We will of course intensify work related to import substitution, reduction of dependence on (FPSA) payment systems, on the dollar as a settling currency and so on. It is becoming a vital need," Ryabkov said.
