Martial Law unlawfully declared in by Mayor of Chester, Pennsylvania!
In a perfect example of abject tyranny, the criminal thug Mayor Wendell N. Butler, Junior (610-447-7700) unlawfully declares a Police State of Emergency. He has imprisoned the entire city population by establishing a tyrannical and unlawful curfew that is reminiscent of the most egregious acts of tyranny by Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin. No public servant ever has authority to deny liberty to innocent people, regardless of how much crime exists in his city. He should be arrested by the unorganized militia and tried and sentenced for usurping authority and establishing himself as a two-bit dictator; the charge is treason and the penalty is death.
