Ukrainians throw eggs in Parliament!

Members of the Ukrainian Parliament threw eggs and engaged in fist fights with ministers over the vote to extend the lease of Crimean seaports to Russia. One must wonder why the U.S. Congress never displays such behavior, even though frequently such gestures are justified.
