Ron Paul speaks about secession!

The Patriot Congressman speaks eloquently about the principle of secession, and how it rests at the foundation of our Republic. He explains how since the War of Northern Aggression (Civil War) the generally accepted and incorrect view is that the states cannot secede from the Union. In a free society, secession must be a legitimate option. At the very least, we must be free to discuss this issue.
