Democrats blast Michelle Obama for leaving them in the lurch!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 25, 2014 - With Democrat candidates set to face an angry midterm electorate in just 71 days, some Democrats are blasting First Lady Michelle Obama for inaction in helping vulnerable Democrats in tight races.
"I don't want to say she's been M.I.A., but she's been M.I.A.," said one Democrat in a tight race.
Another top Democrat on Capitol Hill groused, "What has she done? There's nothing to point to."
Analysts say they expect Michelle Obama to eventually show up on the campaign trail.
"The question isn't will she or won't she?" another Democrat said. "It's how much time she'll devote and if it'll be too little, too late."
The Obamas returned today from a two-week Martha's Vineyard vacation at the $12 million mansion of a top Democrat Party donor.
