Secret weather modification could explain drought and more!
SAN FRANCISCO, Kalifornia (PNN) - July 17, 2012 - The weather seems to be getting hotter and more unpredictable... but why?
The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change lost credibility when their hypothesis that blames CO2 for global warming failed the rigors of the scientific method in many ways - even according to top climate scientist, James Hansen.
So what else could cause the atmosphere to heat up to make the weather more dangerous and unpredictable?
In 2010, scientists in the aerospace industry published a 336 page report confirming a secret weather modification program using chemically laced jet aircraft contrails has been ongoing for nearly two decades.
One function of the artificial contrails is to increase the conductivity of the atmosphere for manipulation by powerful electromagnetic energies like the large antenna array at the Alaska High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility and others like it located in several countries.
The ionospheric heater at HAARP is very powerful and capable of forcing the ionosphere to bulge outward into space. The effect on the atmosphere, climate and jet streams can be profound and unpredictable.
The combination of ionospheric heaters and chemical contrails provides opportunities for powerful weather manipulation that can heat the atmosphere, relocate jet streams, force drought, induce tornadoes, steer hurricanes and even trigger earthquakes.
