HOUSTON, Texas (PNN) - May 19, 2021 - A federal judge in Texas this week blocked the pretender Joe Biden regime from prioritizing grants in a COVID-19 restaurant relief program by race or gender.

Fascist Police States of Amerika District Judge Reed O’Connor said he believes plaintiff Philip Greer, a cafe owner, is likely to succeed in his lawsuit against the Small Business Association (SBA), as he granted a request for a temporary restraining order (TRO).

“Based on the record, Greer is ‘able and ready’ to apply; he has prepared an application on behalf of his restaurant and is otherwise eligible to receive an RRF grant, but for the allegedly unconstitutional prioritization scheme preventing his application from being processed,” O’Connor said in his 18-page decision.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (PNN) - May 18, 2021 - As Europe pushes ahead with its vaccination program, the Nordic countries are reporting a surge in damaging side effects. In Sweden, the tally has surpassed 30,000 with the majority of these reactions reported in patients who received the AstraZeneca jab.

Sweden's Medical Products Agency reported that as of last week, the Scandinavian nation had tallied 31,844 reports of adverse reactions linked to its vaccine rollout.

Sweden presently offers 3 different COVID-19 jabs: Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca, with the latter being the most widely available (while other European states like Germany have sought to offer substitutes to younger patients, who are more vulnerable to dangerous cerebral blood clots, one of the known side effects.

May 18, 2021 - The latest outbreak of death and destruction between Israel and Palestinians should cause Amerikans to reflect on an important question: Why should Americans be taxed so that their money can be sent to the Israeli government in the form of weapons or other foreign aid? WASHINGTON (PNN) - May 12, 2021 - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is informing employers that it's possible they could be held liable for any adverse reactions if they mandate employees take COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of their employment.

OSHA released its new guidance on April 20 under a “Frequently Asked Questions” section of its website having to do with COVID-19 safety compliance.

The question asks whether an employer who mandates employees receive these experimental COVID-19 shots is required to record any adverse events as a result of these injections. Such recording requirements of serious work-related injuries and illness may not only leave an employer vulnerable to worker’s compensation claims, but such incidents could also impact the employer’s safety record.

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - May 12, 2021 - Last week an emergency meeting was called by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, after the County was reportedly unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 election results.  They also did not provide access to the routers that were requested in the audit.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that the entire database showing the “Results Tally and Reporting” for the 2020 election had been deleted from the Maricopa County voting machines.

BERLIN, Germany (PNN) - May 9, 2021 - A large team of more than 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts, led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, has initiated legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and the Davos Group for crimes against humanity.

Fuellmich and his team present the incorrect PCR test and the order for doctors to describe any comorbidity death as a COVID death as fraud.

The PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is 100% inaccurate at 35 cycles. All PCR tests monitored by the CDC are set at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC acknowledges that tests over 28 cycles are not allowed for a positive reliable result.

BISMARCK, North Dakota (PNN) - May 7, 2021 - There is cause for celebration in North Dakota, as it joins the growing list of states that forbid home equity theft.

Until recently, local North Dakota officials could seize and sell valuable properties when the owners fell behind on property tax payments and then keep all the profits as a windfall. The owners? They got nothing.

Until April, the repugnant practice was legal in North Dakota. But thanks to the leadership of courageous state legislators and a forward-looking governor, a new law took effect April 23 that bars local officials from employing this abusive form of governmental theft.
