DENVER, Colorado (PNN) - June 17, 2021 - A Christian baker from Colorado has been fined after refusing to make a gender transition cake, as supporters claim he is being targeted by homosexual activists.

Jack Phillips violated the state's anti-discrimination law by refusing to make the birthday cake for lawyer Autumn Scardina, a transgender woman, the state judge ruled in the case.

Phillips famously won a victory at the Fascist Police States of Amerika Supreme Court in 2018 for refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple.

ELKO, Nevada (PNN) - June 15, 2021 - Elected commissioners in two Nevada counties declared that the Bill of Rights will be upheld in their jurisdictions, even if it means standing against unconstitutional acts by State and federal authorities.

According to a resolution approved in Elko County on June 2, abuse of the constitutionally protected rights of citizens in Elko County will be “dealt with as criminal activity.” Officials in Lander County approved a similar effort.

Under the leadership of constitutionally minded sheriffs and elected commissioners, the two rural counties in Nevada have decided to become “constitutional counties,” where the rights of citizens will be protected from all attacks.

Rashid said that the policy would disable SIM cards belonging to those who fail to get vaccinated “beyond a certain time.”

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - June 14, 2021 - An Arizona state Senator has warned Fascist Police States of Amerika Attorney General Merrick Garland that he'll “spend time in prison” if he interferes with the 2020 post-election audit, after Garland announced on Friday that the Amerikan Gestapo Department of InJustice will look into whether any federal laws were broken - and claimed the state was employing “abnormal” methods.

"Some jurisdictions, based on disinformation, have utilized abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy," said Garland, who appears unaware that the united States of America is a Republic, not a Democracy.

JACKSONVILLE, Florida (PNN) - June 12, 2021 - A black Florida mother, whose passionate speech at a local school board meeting against teaching racist critical race theory made national headlines, was applauded by Fox host Tucker Carlson for telling the truth.

Carlson opened the segment with a video clip of a snippet of Keisha King's speech to the Duvall County School Board on Thursday. One of her children is a student in the district.

“If this continues, we will look back and be responsible for the dismantling of the greatest nation in the world by reverting to teaching hate and that race is a determining factor on where your destiny lies,” King said.
