Trump speaks about bombshell Michigan election fraud case!
LANSING, Michigan (PNN) - May 11, 2021 - President Donald Trump on Monday night tantalized his supporters with the promise of a “bombshell” election fraud case to come in Michigan, likening Joe Biden to a thief who has raided a jewelry store and vowing, “The diamonds must be returned”.
The president did not specify exactly what he was referring to in his opaque statement.
However, a court in rural northern Michigan is currently considering whether to hear a case about the election in which the plaintiffs are demanding another audit of the votes.
The district, Antrim County - home to 23,300 people north of Traverse City - was in fact won by Trump. The latest hearing in the court case was on Monday.
“The major Michigan Election Fraud case has just filed a bombshell pleading claiming votes were intentionally switched from President Trump to Joe Biden,” said Trump. “The number of votes is massive and determinative. This will prove true in numerous other States. All Republicans must unify and not let this happen.”
“The Fake News media refuses to cover the greatest Election Fraud in the history of our country,” said Trump. “They have lost all credibility, but ultimately they will have no choice.”
On the night of the election, the local officials called the vote for Biden, but then switched it to Trump owing to what they said was human error.
A hand tally of the votes, demanded as part of a series of investigations into election integrity, served to only increase Trump's margin.
In December, Antrim County affirmed the outcome, with a net gain of 12 votes for Trump.
A total of 15,949 votes were cast, of which Trump won 9,748 while Biden won 5,960, according to the certified results.
However, Antrim County became a focus of attention for the nation - despite it supporting Trump.
A lawsuit has been filed before Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, who on Monday heard arguments about whether to consider another audit, as requested by plaintiff Bill Bailey.
Bailey and his lawyer, Matthew DePerno, want to subpoena the townships of the county to look at the “layers and layers of fraud”.
”There are so many layers and layers as to how this fraud occurred, what happened in Antrim County,” said DePerno, in Monday's Zoom hearing. “We now can definitively show the court how the fraud occurred.”
The case has been seized upon by Mike Lindell, the MyPillow founder and staunch Trump supporter, who is being sued for defamation for claiming that Dominion Voting Systems rigged the election in favor of Trump. He pointed to the Antrim County case as an immensely significant part of his argument.
”I'll have really big news once this day is completed,” Lindell told former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon on his War Room podcast. “It's a game changer.”
Antrim County has a paper ballot record for every vote cast on a Dominion machine.
Judge Elsenheimer provided a glimmer of hope to Lindell and Trump by allowing there to be testimony from people on an expert witness list provided by Bailey, to rebut a report published by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's office affirming that human error, not Dominion Voting Systems machine software, led to early tabulation errors in Antrim County.
Among those on the expert witness list is Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based firm hired by the Republican-led Senate in Arizona to conduct an audit in Maricopa County.
Elsenheimer said on Monday that he will decide next week whether to dismiss Bailey's case.
