SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota (PNN) - August 12, 2021 - MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell was reportedly physically attacked after the close of day two of his cyber symposium, Right Side Broadcasting Network reports.

Lindell said he was attacked and punched in the ribs Wednesday night in his hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

“I’m okay, but it hurts,” Lindell told viewers on the final day of his cyber symposium Thursday morning.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - August 11, 2021 - The Texas Supreme Court has voided a lower court’s order that restricted Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan’s authorization to arrest and detain state Democrats who fled the state in July to block a Republican-backed voting overhaul bill.

The high court on August 10 issued a stay of Travis County State District Judge Brad Urrutia’s order, giving Democrats until August 12 to issue a court filing in response.

Phelan and Governor Greg Abbott had asked the court to overturn the order by 5:00 p.m. on August 10. They asked the Texas Supreme Court to overturn Urrutia’s order, arguing that he stopped them from exercising their constitutional authority to arrest and detain the lawmakers who broke quorum.

NEW YORK (PNN) - August 10, 2021 - Fascist New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday he will resign effective in 14 days after allegations of sexual harassment that were detailed in a state attorney general’s report last week.

Cuomo’s resignation came as the New York Assembly started deliberations Monday on an impeachment inquiry into his conduct and as top Democrat officials called on him to resign.

“The best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to government,” Cuomo said in a televised speech.

Or rather, the federal government would encourage and back state and local government efforts to require that teachers get vaccinated.

MIAMI, Florida (PNN) - August 9, 2021 - Florida will take a stand against a federal judge's decision to side with the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd. lawsuit challenging the state's vaccine passports ban, according to a spokesman for the Florida governor's office.

"We disagree with the judge's legal reasoning and will be appealing to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals," the spokesman said. "A prohibition on vaccine passports does not even implicate, let alone violate, anyone's speech rights, and it furthers the substantial, local interest of preventing discrimination among customers based on private health information.”

ATLANTA, Georgia (PNN) - August 8, 2021 - The Director of the CDC made an important admission during an interview today on CNN.  CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stated the vaccine does not prevent COVID-19 infection, nor does it stop the vaccinated person from transmitting the infection or the nonexistent Delta variant.

If a vaccinated and non-vaccinated person have the same capacity to carry, shed and transmit the virus - with or without symptoms - then what difference does a vaccination passport or vaccination ID make?
