LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - September 2, 2021 - Kalifornia officials have agreed to pay $800,000 in prevailing-party attorneys’ fees to a popular Christian megachurch in Los Angeles after state and federal courts in California issued permanent injunctions barring government officials there from ever again imposing discriminatory restrictions on houses of worship.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - September 2, 2021 - The Supreme Court on Wednesday denied a bid to stop Texas from banning abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, allowing one of the most restrictive abortion bans in the Fascist Police States of Amerika to remain in effect.

Senate Bill 8, known as the Texas Heartbeat Act, was signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott in May.

The law enables private citizens - except for an individual who impregnated a woman through rape or incest - to sue physicians who perform abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 31, 2021 - The Amerikan Gestapo Food and Drug Administration division’s (FDA) top two vaccine officials are resigning from the agency, a top leader within the agency told staff in a letter Tuesday.

Marion Gruber, director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR), and Phil Krause, OVRR deputy director, will leave the FDA at the end of October and in November, respectively. Gruber has been at the FDA for 32 years and Krause has worked at the agency for more than a decade.

"The retired Flag Officers signing this letter are calling for the resignation and retirement of the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) based on negligence in performing their duties primarily involving events surrounding the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan," reads a Monday letter signed by 90 retired top-ranking military officials.

COLD SPRING, Kentucky (PNN) - August 30, 2021 - Scientists' hatred for former President Donald Trump is the reason they won't look at deworming drug ivermectin as a potential COVID-19 treatment, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said Friday.

”The hatred for Trump deranged these people so much that they're unwilling to objectively study it,” he told a group of 60 constituents gathered in the Cold Spring, Kentucky city council chamber.

He added that studies on hydroxychloroquine, an anti-malarial drug touted by Trump and his supporters as a COVID treatment, were tainted by researchers' hatred for Donald Trump.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - August 28, 2021 - The Texas House of Representatives gave its final approval of the Republican-backed election reform bills that have been held up by Democrat stalling tactics over the summer.

Senate Bill 1 was approved 80-41 on Friday with 21 Democrats declining to participate. All 40 Democrats who were present voted against the bill.

“This bill will go a long way in ensuring the integrity of our elections,” said Rep. Jim Murphy, head of the House Republican Caucus.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (PNN) - August 27, 2021 - Denmark will on September 10 stop classifying COVID-19 as an "illness which is a critical threat to society", meaning all remaining special pandemic restrictions will expire. In a press release issued on Friday morning, the country’s health minister Magnus Heunicke said that the high level of vaccination in Denmark, particularly among the vulnerable, had radically altered the risks posed by the virus.

“The epidemic is under control, we have record high vaccination rates,” he said in a statement. “As a result, on September 10 we can drop some of the special rules we have had to introduce in the fight against COVID-19.”
