NEW YORK (PNN) - September 23, 2021 - New York Times bestselling author Kent Heckenlively says that Alan Dershowitz is wrong to state that the Supreme Court ruling on Jacobson v. Massachusetts in 1905 as legal ground for pretender Joe Biden’s unlawful (COVID-19) vaccine mandates.

“At most it gives a government the authority to impose a relatively small fine. But it doesn’t say that you can’t participate in the society if you don’t get a vaccine. It doesn’t say, ‘we’re going to keep you from interacting with people.’ That’s the first thing that made me say, ‘Dershowitz is absolutely wrong,'” Heckenlively says.

For context, Massachusetts was one of 11 states that had compulsory vaccination laws at the time. The Massachusetts law empowered the board of health of individual cities and towns to enforce mandatory, free vaccinations for adults over the age of 21 if the municipality determined it was necessary for the public health or safety of the community. Adults who refused were subject to a $5 fine.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - September 22, 2021 - The National Institutes of Health (NIH) does not think that anyone should ever be allowed to use ivermectin to try to treat a COVID-19 infection. The reason is because its board members have financial interests elsewhere.

By allowing ivermectin to be used as an early treatment for COVID-19, NIH board members could lose money in their other investments.

According to the NIH, there is supposedly “insufficient evidence” to support the use of ivermectin, which means that the agency will not recommend its use. Upon closer look, though, “insufficient evidence” is just a convenient excuse.

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (PNN) - September 20, 2021 - Bowing to the threat of legal action against it, one Alabama hospital has rescinded its requirement that all staff be vaccinated against the coronavirus.

UAB Hospital in Birmingham said it will wait to learn how the federal vaccine mandates announced by pretender Joe Biden play out before imposing any requirement.

Last week, the Alabama Center for Law and Liberty said the hospital was violating state law.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - September 17, 2021 - A Quinnipiac poll has found that almost half of Amerikans (48%) believe that Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates go too far, and that a majority are in opposition to it.

Quinnipiac noted that a “majority of Amerikans (51 to 48%) disapprove of (pretender) Biden’s plan to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for millions of Amerikans in the public and private sectors. Republicans disapprove 84 to 13%, independents disapprove 56 to 44%, and Democrats approve 89 to 10%.”

The survey found that 10% think the mandate does not go far enough, while 39% think it’s about right.

Perronne specializes in tropical pathologies and emerging infectious diseases. He was Chairman of the Specialized Committee on Communicable Diseases of the High Council of Public Health.

Confirming the rapidly deteriorating situation in Israel and the Fascist United Kingdom (FUK), the infectious disease expert stated, “Vaccinated people should be put in quarantine, and should be isolated from the society.”

WILMINGTON, North Carolina (PNN) - September 14, 2021 - A leaked Zoom conference reveals a doctor questioning how to increase the count of COVID-19 patient numbers on the hospital’s dashboard report.

The media outlet National File said it obtained the recording from an “internal source” at the Novant Health System that includes New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.

National File posted the video on its Twitter feed on September 10.
